What is the Front Suspension?
The front suspension system is responsible for your car's balance, ride comfort, and steering. It primarily consists of: Shock absorbers, control arms, engine mounts, and bushings. Given the nature of some roads and speed bumps in Kuwait, these components experience heavy wear and tear.
Signs of Front Suspension Damage:
- Distinct "clunking" or "rattling" noises when driving over speed bumps or potholes.
- Abnormal vibrations or shaking in the steering wheel while driving.
- The car pulling to one side, or uneven tire wear.
Can Front Suspension be Repaired at Home?
Many believe that suspension work requires a full workshop lift. However, the mobile team at Power Garage is equipped with safe hydraulic jacks and heavy-duty tools that allow us to perform the following tasks right at your home:
- Replacing front and rear shock absorbers.
- Changing upper and lower control arms.
- Replacing engine and transmission mounts to eliminate engine vibrations.
- Replacing brake pads and rotors.
After completing the work, we always recommend getting a wheel alignment to ensure longer tire life. Contact us to evaluate your car and schedule a home service appointment.
